Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 15oz can green beans
  • 1 15oz can corn
  • 1 15oz can pinto beans
  • 1 15oz can kidney beans
  • 1 15oz can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 10oz can medium spice tomatoes and green chilies (e.g. Rotel brand)
  • 1 package or 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 1oz package or 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (preferably buttermilk)
  • 1 can beer
  • Fritos or tortilla chips
  • shredded cheese
  • sour cream

Directions

  1. Brown chopped onion: 1 and ground beef: 2 lbs together and drain.
  2. Add green beans: 1 15oz can, corn: 1 15oz can, pinto beans: 1 15oz can, kidney beans: 1 15oz can, stewed tomatoes: 1 15oz can, and medium spice tomatoes and green chilies (e.g. Rotel brand): 1 10oz can all with the liquids.
  3. Add taco seasoning: 1 package or 3 tablespoons and Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (preferably buttermilk): 1 1oz package or 2 tablespoons, and beer: 1 can
  4. Simmer for about 3 hours
  5. Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips, shredded cheese, and/or sour cream.
