After 3 hours, @VZWSupport has not been able to fix the issue. Seems like Verizon is locking out unlocked phones. Paired with the spotty service at our house, this is really frustrating. I guess I shouldn’t hold my breath for RCS/Chat support 😠
@VZWSupport Why doesn't WIFI calling work on my unlocked Moto X4? I know users on @TMobile have been able to use WIFI calling. The option to enable appears in the settings search but it seems like the option is hidden 😕
